ST. PUBLIUS, B. M.HE succeeded St. Dionysius the Areopagite in the see of Athens, as we are assured by St. Dionysius of Corinth, quoted by Eusebius.1 He went to God by martyrdom, and St. Quadratus was chosen third bishop of that city.
