natural Family Planning
Hi I have been looking up on it and would like to know if is any one who uses the NFP. And there thoughts on it?

In response to your question, My husb & I use the Creighton method & it works great. It is also VERY medically/scientific- based & has research that says it helps couples w/ fertilitily problems naturally conceive. It's great for acheiving or avoiding pregnancy.

My wife and I used NFP for many years.  We believed in it so much that we became teachers of the Symto-Therm Method, from the Couple to Couple League.  This method allows you to use 3 major symtoms of the fertility cycle to determine if the wife is fertile.  Once the couple has used the method for serval cycles the women is very in tune with her body and cycle that she can determine when periods will occur, when a sickness (flu, cold, etc) will come and then if they look to be pregnant, when is the best time for intercourse to achieve pregancy.  I believe NFP is God's answer to this culture of death. Since my wife has gone through menopause we have not had to use this any longer.  I hope this info has helped.  The Couple to Couple League is run by Catholics and their program is very good.  Find their web site and check it out.
