"Missing Mary" by Charlene Spretnak

Greetings Friends,
Has anyone read Charlene Spretnak's wonderful Marian book about the diminuation (at Vatican Two) of Our Blessed Lady and the later Reaction -(to reafirm Her position) ? Spretnak will be of enormous interest to any intellectual eco-feminists!
Yours in Christ, Ronald kp.

I am afraid I will have to pass.  The author is a well known advocate of goddess worship and I will guess that this book goes down that path too.  All the endorsements for the book were made by dissenters, secular magazines, or dissenting publications (like the National Catholic Reporter).  There wasnt a single endorsement from any known or respected Marian authority or any of the journals or papers I respect for being true to the magisterium.

I, for one, don't need to taste this stuff to know what it is.

I can smell it from a mile away.

Sorry for the strong reaction - but when you mess with my mama during Holy Week, you're looking for trouble.
