Hello Fr. Smith.. long time no chat
I know this is probably some sort of simple explanation, but someone asked me about this part in the CCC "For the Son of God became man so that we might become God.
"80 "The only-begotten Son of God, wanting to make us sharers in his divinity, assumed our nature, so that he, made man, might make men gods
and I was not sure how to answer them. they were trying to claim that Catholics beleive that we will become "gods" after we die, and they were useing CCC 460 to support their argument.
If you could just clear that up a bit, that would be great. So that in the future i could give someone a good answer.
Thank you !!!
