Hello all,

Perhaps you are a person who is content with the way your life has taken shape. But you would like to interact/support someone in the Church who is retired, is in mission or has just started their journey of service in the Church.

This might be news to you, but at times the mission/work/apostolate can be a lonely and heavy journey. To have someone to "break the routine" and go out for a walk with someone, a snack, a bit to eat or even a movie, can give some rest and renewed energy for the mission.

People many times say, "Oh, Father is too busy, better not disturb him", or "Sister is always busy, I never see her around". "Deacon always seems tied up". To drop an invitation, to wait for the Deacon to finish turning off the lights and take him out for lunch, a card, a greeting, an invite to a fun gathering, go watch a good movie, goes a long way.

If your vocation is being filled, help support the vocation of someone you know.  Wink
